SUBSTANCE: automatic mobile-positioned robotic system for local firefighting, characterized by the fact that it consists of a stationary automatic fire alarm system to detect an ignition source containing a differential temperature sensitive cable; a network of pipelines with a fire extinguishing agent and installed stop valves, drainage devices for emptying the system and distributed feeder connectors; and a mobile portable robotic device comprising a vehicle configured to move along a transport line and equipped with two powder extinguishing modules; a foam/water monitor with remote control and a program control unit; a video surveillance system in the visible and infrared ranges; a mechanism of connection to the supply connectors for the supply of fire extinguishing substance to the monitor; pressure control system; servodrive for moving along the transport line and a power and control cabinet that is capable of receiving a signal from stationary automatic fire alarm system and in which control commands for starting the operation of the mobile portable robot device are formed.

EFFECT: increase of operational characteristics, expansion of the arsenal of technical means.
