FIELD: ecology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recycling of industrial wastes from production of dredging waste, formed in form of large-tonnage tailings of phosphorite ore during production of phosphorite concentrate (phosphorite flour) with production of ecologically clean technogenic soil, with its subsequent use in agriculture for land reclamation. Method of recycling production wastes with production of technogenic soil consists in the fact that tailings of phosphorite ore—dredging waste is used as wastes, formed during production of phosphorite concentrate, the basis of which is a mixture of glauconite, quartzite, apatite, potassium feldspar, pyrites, gypsum. Said dredging waste in an amount of up to 85 wt.%, containing glauconite in amount of not less than 56 wt.%, treated with nitric acid with concentration of not less than 20% in amount of 15 wt.% with constant stirring for at least 30 minutes with subsequent stage of reaction mixture neutralization with lime milk or ammonia water until neutral reaction. Thereafter, the finished product is delivered to the consumer.

EFFECT: high efficiency of the recycling method owing to high coefficient of use of dredging waste and obtaining technogenic soil with improved agrochemical properties and productivity.
