FIELD: drugs production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of obtaining drugs used in immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant drugs, namely, to a method for producing sodium salt of 5-amino-2,3-dihydro-1,4-phthalazinedione in hydrated or anhydrous form, including the interaction of 2,4-diaminoisoindoline-1,3-dione with an aqueous base solution upon heating, cooling the resulting reaction solution, treating it with activated carbon or without it and filtering, followed by isolation of the reaction product from the resulting solution using lower alcohols in an inert gas atmosphere or in air.
EFFECT: expanding the range of raw materials due to the inclusion of 2,4-diaminoisoindoline-1,3-dione IV in this list, the use of which makes it possible to obtain sodium luminolate Ia or sodium luminolate dihydrate Ib of high quality with a yield of up to 92%, depending on the process conditions.
