SUBSTANCE: invention relates to virtual transponders for satellites. A method for the implementation of a virtual transponder is proposed, including creation of a configuration for a part of useful load on a vehicle used by a lessor user using an option for each variable (variables) for the part of useful load used by the lessor user. The method also includes creation of a configuration for a part of useful load used by a tenant user using an option for each variable (variables) for the part of useful load used by the tenant user. Besides, the method includes creation of lessor commands for changing configuration of the part of useful load used by the lessor user using configuration of the part of useful load used by the lessor user. EFFECT: improvement of transponder structure, which provides for confidentiality during resource allocation on useful load.
