FIELD: satellite communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of satellite communication systems. The expected result is achieved by the fact that the transmitter device (1) of the ground station contains: a means (10) of encoding and modulation for packing a set of baseband frames into a set of frames of encoded and modulated symbols; a means (20) of framing at the physical level, made with the possibility of inserting encoded and modulated symbols, the physical level frame header before each frame, resulting in a set of physical level frames; a converter means (30) for converting the preamble of the super frame, while the specified super frame preamble contains the start of the super frame (SOSF) and the super frame format indicator (SFFI), and the specified set of physical level frames in a set of capacity units; a means (40) for generating superframes, made with the possibility of adding the first subset of capacity units corresponding to the specified preamble of the superframe to the second subset of capacity units of the specified set corresponding to the specified set of physical layer frames, and inserting a pilot signal field of 36 characters of a type A superframe pilot signal between each pair of consecutive blocks of 16 capacity units of the specified subsets, thus obtaining a pilot signal segment, and made with the ability to generate a super frame by collecting a number from the specified segment of the pilot signal.
EFFECT: generation of shortened super-frames.
