FIELD: computing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of information technology, namely, to a method for long-term prediction of the individual resource of a hydraulic unit in conditions of frequently changing operating factors. The method for long-term prediction of the individual resource of a hydraulic unit in conditions of frequently changing operating factors includes collection and analysis of the available technical documentation for the hydraulic unit, including design and actual operating parameters, analysis of the results of previously performed technical diagnostics, including determining the configuration, dimensions and position of non-eliminated defects that do not prevent further operation, determining the amount of load cycles, calculating the actually spent and the remaining resource according to the fatigue strength criterion, wherein the individual remaining resource of the hydraulic unit is predicted in terms of accumulated total damage.
EFFECT: increase in the security and safety of the hydroelectric power stations during long-term operation due to the increase in the reliability of operation of the hydraulic unit and reduction in the risk of emergency situations, as well as reduction in the maintenance costs of the hydraulic units due to the increase in the accuracy and depth of the prediction.
