FIELD: lasers.
SUBSTANCE: area of application: generation of high-power laser emission with a short wavelength in the spectral range of 400 to 495 nm. The substance of the invention consists in the fact that the laser system constitutes a combination of modules connected with a fibre, formed, in turn, from submodules. One variant of implementation has submodules provided with multiple lens semiconductor amplifying crystals in the blue spectral region with front faces with a low reflection coefficient. The submodules are synchronised along the wavelength with a spread in the wavelengths of <1 nm, using volumetric Bragg gratings in configuration with an external resonator. One variant of implementation has modules provided with multiple submodules combined by multiplexing in the wavelengths with a bandwidth of <10 nm, followed by polarisation combination of bundles. The output emission of each module is introduced into the fibre with a low NA. In one variant of implementation, the kilowatt-level laser system with emission in the blue spectral region is implemented by combining fibres into a bundle and combining multiple modules into one output fibre.
EFFECT: provided is possibility of using high-power lasers with emission in the blue, green-blue and green spectral regions.
