FIELD: laser systems.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the laser systems of high power and high brightness, providing a blue laser beam. The solid-state device and the optical module are located in the internal cavity of the casing. The laser beam has a wavelength of 410 to 500 nm and a power density of at least 0.5 MW/cm2 at the propagation surface. Upon exiting the housing propagation surface, the beam has a power of at least 100 W and a beam parameter product (BPP) of less than 100 mm⋅mrad. The inner cavity of the housing contains oxygen and is free from sources of silicon-based contaminants, which prevents the formation and build-up of SiO2, with a degradation rate of beam properties of 2.3% per 1000 hours or less.

EFFECT: invention ensures preservation of the initial properties of the beam, including the power level.
