To realise the described result, the radio complex for meteor burst and transionospheric communication comprises a synchronometer, a PLD board, a personal computer, a monitor, a digital-to-analogue converter (DAC), a broadband power amplifier transmitting an antenna-feeder path, an analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), a low-pass filter, a receiving antenna.
EFFECT: possibility of conducting a communication session with high-speed transmission of information.
