SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and radio electronics and can be used in radar, navigation and adaptive communication systems. To this end, for remote sensing system of the Earth's ionosphere of the transionospheric propagation of radio waves contains transceiving part and consists of a thermostated quartz oscillator 1, a low-pass filter (LPF) 2, two-system receiver of navigation signals GLONASS/GPS 3, digital-to-analog converter (DAC) 4; divisor with variable division factor of 5, frequency comparator with digital interface (TDC) 6, computing device 7, amplifier-shaper 8, first and second accumulator 9, 11; control unit 10, first and second signal processing unit 12, 13; first and second digital computing synthesizers (CVS) 14, 15; first mixer 16, broadband power amplifier 17; transmitting antenna-feeder device 21, receiving antenna-feeder device 20; block of input filters 19; analogue-to-digital converter (two-channel ADC) 18; second and third mixers 22, 23. Blocks listed are connected to each other in a common receiving-transmitting structural diagram. At each end of communication line such a structure is organized.

EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of high-speed information transmission on the basis of obtaining amplitude-frequency and distance-frequency characteristics (AFC and DCH) of radio links on routes of various lengths and orientations.
