FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, is intended for remote sounding of the Earth's atmosphere, and can be used in radio engineering complexes for short-term prediction of the conditions of radio wave propagation on communication lines. To realise the result, the hardware and software radio engineering complex consists of a transmitting and a receiving parts. The transmitting part comprises a synchronometer with a GPS/GLONASS receiver 1, a digital computing synthesiser 2, a frequency multiplier 15, a control computer 3, a broadband power amplifier 4, an antenna-feeder path 5. The receiving part comprises a receiving antenna 6, a high frequency amplifier 7, a bandpass filter 8, an analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) 9, a synchronometer with a GPS/GLONASS receiver 10, a digital computing synthesiser 11, a frequency multiplier 16, an FPLD 12, a processing computer 13, a monitor 14.
EFFECT: ensured prompt reception of information on the state of the atmosphere with the possibility of receiving amplitude frequency response (AFR) and remote frequency response (RFR) of radio lines on a real time scale.
