FIELD: blasting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for creating a suspension based on detonation nanodiamond, consisting in uniform distribution of the detonation nanodiamond in transmission oil wherein tablets with a diameter of 10 mm and a height of 4 to 5 mm are prepared from detonation nanodiamond powder using a mould on a press with a force of approximately 2,000 kg, the tablets are placed in a vacuum furnace at a residual pressure of at least 10-3 mm Hg, the tablets are heated in a vacuum at a rate of approximately 1 deg./s to 900-950°C and sustained under these conditions for approximately 10 minutes, cooled to room temperature without disturbing the vacuum, at room temperature, the vacuum-treated tablets are placed in an oil medium until complete impregnation with oil, the oil-impregnated tablets are dispersed in a vibration dispersant with impact bodies to a uniform viscous suspension wherein the nanodiamond concentration is 10 to 13% wt., and then diluted with fresh transmission oil so that the content of nanodiamond is 4 to 5% wt.
EFFECT: method provides a possibility of producing suspensions based on detonation nanodiamond.
