FIELD: turbo engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of turbo engineering and can be used in the manufacture of composite impellers of a compressor or fan. The impeller includes front and rear flanges, blades fixed to the support ring. At the junction of the support ring and the rear flange, a centering belt is made, which ensures the continuity of the aerodynamic surface and mutual alignment at the point of contact with the neighboring part. The method for manufacturing the impeller includes cutting operations of composite material for the blades, front and rear flanges, support ring and centering belt. The blades are pressed to obtain a mark of the support ring from the root section. The centering ring is made by winding and the polymerization operation is not carried out. The blanks intended for forming the front flange and the aerodynamic surface of the support ring and the centering belt are placed first in the mold, then the blanks are laid, from which the front and rear flanges and the support ring are formed. Next, the blades are placed in the grooves of the mold separator, an elastic punch is installed, a layer of material for the rear flange is laid on it. The centering ring is placed between the layers of composite material for the rear flange and the layers forming the aerodynamic profile of the support ring and the centering belt. A pressure punch is installed, pressure is applied to the elastic punch, ensuring the formation of a monolithic impeller after polymerization. The resulting impeller of the compressor or fan has a lightweight structure, increased strength characteristics.

EFFECT: applied technical solution eliminates the violation of the continuity of the aerodynamic profile and creates a reliable alignment with the adjacent part.
