FIELD: turbine construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods for manufacturing compressor or fan impellers for aircraft engines from a composite material. The wheel contains blades integrally made with a support ring having an aerodynamic profile, front and rear flanges and interblade fastening. The manufacturing method includes cutting single layers of composite material to form front and rear flanges and a support ring with an aerodynamic profile; cutting layers of composite material for blades and interblade attachment, pressing blades and interblade attachment; laying layers of composite material to form the front and rear flanges and the support ring in the separator of the assembly mould, where the front flange and the aerodynamic profile of the support ring are formed; installation of the blades in the slot of the separator, which ensures the nominal location of the blades on the support ring, then interblade fastenings are placed between the blade roots, which are in close contact over the entire surface of the blade, while the grooves include the ribs of the blade root. Then, layers of composite material of the rear flange are overlapped, a pressure puncheon is installed, and polymerization is carried out.

EFFECT: using this method of manufacturing the impeller, a significant simplification of the technological process and a decrease in labour intensity are achieved.
