SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filters for lubricants. Lubricant tank (100) for a hydraulic system is proposed containing tank case (1) with lower case part (2) and upper case part (3), lubricant filter (4) located in tank case (1), inlet lubricant branch pipe (5) and outlet lubricant branch pipe (6) for connecting lubricant tank (100) to a circulation circuit of the hydraulic system, each of which is located in a bottom zone of lower case part (2). Guide element (9) located in tank case (1) forms a guide trajectory for lubricant, using which lubricant, after passing lubricant filter (4) and before leaving tank case (1) through outlet lubricant branch pipe (6), is forcedly driven through flow to separate gas contained in it. Guide element (9; 9b) passes from the bottom zone of lower case part (2) to an upper end zone of lower case part (2), has at least one outlet (12) in the upper end zone, and it is made in such a way that it forcedly gives to lubricant leaving filter (4) a flow direction along guide element (9) to the upper end zone of lower case part (2).

EFFECT: invention allows for effective separation of gas from lubricant.
