FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an oil dehydrator, which is used for dehydration of oils: transmission, lubricant, compressor or hydraulic, contaminated with water. Oil dehydrator 1 comprises vacuum chamber 2, vacuum pump 3 arranged in upper end area 8 of vacuum chamber 2 to create negative pressure inside vacuum chamber 2 and to transport water and air from vacuum chamber 2 through outlet opening 10, and pipe 4 for transfer of oil into vacuum chamber 2 and/or from it, wherein pipe 4 is connected to lower end area 9 of vacuum chamber 2, at that, vacuum chamber 2 in the lower end area 9 has at least one flow channel 5 connected to vacuum chamber 2 and pipe 4 by fluid medium, between vacuum chamber 2 and pipe 4 there is check valve 7 with a hole for controlling oil flow into vacuum chamber 2 and from it through at least one flow channel 5, wherein check valve 7 with opening is configured to switch operating state between open mode, allowing oil to flow from vacuum chamber 2, and closed mode, wherein check valve 7 with orifice controls oil flow through at least one flow channel 5 to vacuum chamber 2, so that flow passage in closed mode is less than flow passage in open mode.
EFFECT: this dehydrator is efficient, easy and flexible for use, as well as in explosive zones, has a structure with light weight, is easy to manufacture, and can be used in systems with different oils without contamination from oil residues contained in oil dehydrator.
