FIELD: gearboxes.
SUBSTANCE: gearbox (1, 201), in particular coaxial gearbox, contains gear wheel (3) of internal engagement with gear ring (5), gear holder (11) coaxial to it, while gears (7) in gear holder (11) are located with the possibility of moving in a radial direction. There is drive element (20) with profile (22) designed to drive specified gears (7) in the radial direction. Profile (22) has at least two lifts along its circumference. The number of gears (7) is calculated according to the following formula: Zz = (ZI+E)/PF, where Zz is the number of gears (7) in gear holder (11), ZI is the number of internal gears of gear wheel (3) of internal engagement, E is the number of lifts of profile (22) of the drive element, and PF is a position coefficient, which is an integer.
EFFECT: friction reduction is achieved.
