FIELD: metals processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used in the manufacture of sheet blanks. The device contains a matrix formed by the first and second axisymmetric groups of parts installed in contact through an elastic shock absorber ring and a lenticular element. The first group of parts contains the first ring and a punch articulated with it along a sliding fit with the ability to move. The second group contains a second ring and a lower base plate. The device is equipped with an upper base plate, a frame and a hydraulic cylinder with a rod connected to a fork. A pressure roller is attached to the fork. The frame consists of a platform and four posts, two of which are attached to the bottom plate on one side, and the other two to pipes mounted on the columns. The pressure roll is installed with the ability to move between the upper support plate and the punch and exert pressure on the punch.

EFFECT: simplification of the device design is provided.
