FIELD: hydraulics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of hydraulic power engineering, in particular, to designs of the flow part of a radial-axial hydraulic turbine and to a method for manufacture thereof. The radial-axial hydraulic turbine includes an impeller, a main disk, a cover disk, and blades. The blades are interconnected forming a space between each two blades, shaped as a geometric figure with an internal angle formed by the connecting opposite edges of the blades, so that one of the edges of the blade forming the internal angle forms two bends in the direction from the inside outward: an internal and an external one, and then forms a secondary connection with the opposite edge of the second blade, forming an external angle.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to convert the power of a liquid into the power of rotation of the impeller with the minimum possible losses for vortex formation while maintaining the maximum possible efficiency of the impeller and the hydraulic turbine in general.
