FIELD: pumps building.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents stage of multistage centrifugal pump. Proposed device comprises impeller composed of main disc, covering disc, hub, blades, feed and discharge vanes arranged on opposite surfaces of main disc. Blades are located between the hub and the inner edge of the covering disc. Discharge vanes have inner ends on circumference with diameter D1, with outer ends on circle with diameter D2, each diverting blade is made in the form of arc, with smooth turn in relation to transverse axis of impeller in direction from circle with diameter D1 to circle with diameter D2. Supply blades have inner ends on circle with diameter D3, outer ends on D2, each supply blade is made in form of arc, with smooth turn in relation to transverse axis of impeller in direction from circle with diameter D3 to circle with diameter D2. Each supply and discharge vane is made with an inclination angle varying to its length to the main disc, angles of inclination to the main disc at circumference with diameter D2 at supply and discharge vanes are equal, at circumference with diameter D2 leading and discharge vanes are made with an indent from plane L. Circle with diameter D1 – conditional circle, carried out along inner ends of diverting blades, center of circle is the impeller center, circle with diameter D2 – circle, which is external boundary of impeller, circle with diameter D3 is a conditional circle drawn along the inner ends of the supply blades, the center of the circle is the center of the impeller, wherein D1 is greater than D3, and L is conditional plane perpendicular to rotation axis of impeller and dividing impeller into parts of equal thickness.
EFFECT: vortex formation is minimized in the pump stage and maximum efficiency of the pump is maximized.
