FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a channel for feeding a gypsum suspension of a mixer and a method for feeding a gypsum suspension. A mixer channel for feeding a suspension is proposed, which is provided on the mixer for mixing the gypsum suspension to be fed to a continuously moved sheet of paper for facing drywall, and which is made with the possibility to unload the specified suspension coming from a mixing zone of the mixer onto the sheet through a discharge hole for the suspension. The mixer channel contains: a straight pipe segment, into which the specified suspension is fed from the mixing zone, a branch section for branching the straight pipe segment, and a set of pipe branch segments connected to the straight pipe segment by means of the branch section. A rectilinear pipe segment passes along a straight line on a downstream side in the direction of sheet movement to form a rectilinear passage for fluid for the suspension. Adjacent sections of the pipe wall of pipe branch segments are connected in the branch section to form a transverse or horizontal section in the form of a letter V, and adjacent segments of the pipe branch depart from the branch section on the downstream side in the direction of movement, deviating to the downstream side at an angle in the range from 20 to 150 degrees. The branch section separates the axial or rectilinear suspension flow flowing through the rectilinear pipe segment, and introduces branched suspension flows into pipe branch segments, respectively. Each of the specified pipe branch segments is provided with a discharge hole for suspension in the end part of the pipe branch segment on the downstream side so that to discharge the branch flow through the hole to the specified sheet.
EFFECT: ensuring smooth separation of the gypsum suspension flow without the presence of the vertical area of the wall surface inside the channel, causing congestion of the gypsum suspension in the channel branch.
