SUBSTANCE: group of invention relates to the field of medical technology and can be used as a doctor’s assistant for diagnostics based on artificial intelligence technology. Proposed is a method for diagnosing pathologies based on artificial intelligence technology performed by at least one computing device and in which at least one biopsy image containing pathology is obtained; the analysis of the obtained biopsy image with low resolution is carried out to obtain miniatures; based on miniatures area search containing tissue, as well as clustering of areas in larger objects is performed; patches in large resolution are read; obtained during the previous step patches are passed through the artificial neural network (ANN) to obtain a multi-channel mask with the classes of pathologies; vectorization of the mask with the classes of pathologies is performed for presentation in form of polygons; polygons on biopsy specimens are formed, out of which they are extracted to obtain a preliminary diagnosis for each of the biopsy specimens; for each biopsy specimens the total area of damage, length of the damage and the pathology type and the Gleason score are calculated.

EFFECT: increased accuracy and speed of the diagnosis by the doctors by digitized histological glasses.
