FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to agricultural engineering, in particular to a method and device for processing apples. The device consists of a loading hopper, fixed to a conical cylinder, inside which a grinder is installed, consisting of a horizontal knife and a cylindrical auger with sickle-shaped knives. To separate the crushed mass (pulp) into various fractions (quasi-solid fraction, juice and puree), a centrifuge is attached to the grinder body.
EFFECT: invention allows carrying out high-quality processing of apples with obtaining a finished product in the form of juice and puree.
