SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to complex processing of potato raw material to produce feed stuff. The line comprises a waste preprocessing section including collection bins, a pump, a dehydrator, a setting tank, a centrifugal machine, accumulation bins, a grinder with a conveyor, a tank for condensed mass collection. Following the waste preprocessing section, the line includes a reactor for inoculum and nutrient medium, connected to fermenters, a press for potato raw material dehydration, gear pumps, accumulation tanks, a heat exchanger, a coarse filter, an intermediate tank, a concentrator for biomass concentration, a dryer with a regulation doser, a rotary mill, a separator for loose particle fractioning, intermediate tanks, an accumulation bin with magnetic catchers and a weighing-and-packing machine.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows for processing of secondary potato raw material and manufacturing of a fodder powder-like product with required properties on its base.
