DEVICE FOR CLEANING HORIZONTAL WELL BORE FROM SLURRY Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC E21B37/00

Abstract RU 2757385 C1

FIELD: oil production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil production and can be used to remove cuttings in a horizontal wellbore. The device contains a sludge trap and a system for delivering a sludge trap to the well, flushing the wellbore and transporting cuttings to the surface in the form of two coaxially located coiled tubing pipes, on the shoe of which a sludge trap is fixed. The cavity of the inner pipe is connected to the hydraulic pump. The sludge trap consists of a stationary cylindrical body with a movable module installed in its cavity with the possibility of rotation in the form of two rigidly connected coaxial pipes, in the cavities of which screw blades are fixed, forming screw conveyors. In the nose area of the outer and inner tubes of the mobile module, nozzles are placed, the inlet nozzles of which communicate with the cavity of the inner tube, and the outlet nozzles with the cavity of the outer tube with their orientation in the direction of the wellhead. Coaxial tubes of the mobile module and coaxially positioned coiled tubing pipes have equal diameters. The end of the inner pipe of the sludge collection module, facing the bottom, is made damped and rotatably mounted on a support. The end of the outer pipe is open. The free end ends of the cylindrical body facing the bottom are made with sharp edges.

EFFECT: ensured the stages of destruction of sediments, flushing the well and carrying cuttings to the surface without creating repression on the formation, preventing clogging of the near-wellbore zone in conditions of abnormally low formation pressure is provided in a single continuous closed cycle in one round-trip operation.
