METHOD FOR COMPLETING A WELL IN DIFFICULT CONDITIONS Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC E21B7/06 E21B43/114

Abstract RU 2806388 C1

FIELD: drilling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for completing a well in difficult conditions and can be used in the development of hard-to-recover oil and gas deposits. The method includes drilling the main trunk, lowering a production string into it with the creation of holes in it, cementing the production string, running tubing on the string into the production whipstock string with an internal channel, orienting the whipstock tubing string by moving it in a given direction and locking it in the well with a clamp, lowering through the tubing string into the whipstock on the coiled tubing pipe of the drilling assembly, drilling out the productive deposit through the holes of the production string with perforation channels, fastening the joints of the main wellbore and perforation channels. Holes in the production string are created in advance before its descent in the form of a guide channel made in the casing and blades of rigid asymmetric centralizers. After cementing the production string, when moving the tubing string after running it into the production string, the internal channel of the whipstock and the guide channel of the centralizer are matched using a magnetic mark, and in this position the whipstock is locked in the well. Next, the drilling assembly lowered on the coiled tubing is inserted through the mating internal channel of the whipstock and the guide channel of the centralizer and the latter is extended. The resulting common elongated channel is lined with a liner with the possibility of forming a strong and tight joint between the main trunk and the perforation channels, and the perforation channels themselves are drilled through the formed joint with their subsequent branching.

EFFECT: quality of fastening of the joints of the main trunk and perforation channels is improved, the strength and tightness of the joints are ensured, the possibility of their repeated use, completion of a well with an almost unlimited density of perforation channels, and the efficiency of well production in general are increased.
