FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of grinding of material. A mill plant and a method for grinding and/or crushing grain crops are proposed. In particular, those are an optimized regulation and control method and corresponding regulation and control devices for optimized control of several grinding lines. In this case, the processing line includes grinding passages (B, C) having pairs (B1, B2, Bx; C1, C2, Cx) of mill rollers for grinding the material to be ground and sifting passages (S) located after them for screening or sifting the material to be ground. The mill plant also includes a central regulation and control device for optimized control of the mill plant, while controllers (201/PLC) with programmable memory are bidirectionally connected via network interfaces to the central regulation and control device and are interrogated and regulated by means of transmitted control parameters.
EFFECT: invention provides high efficiency in the process of grinding the material.
