FIELD: railway vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway vehicles, in particular to the frames of railway platform cars. The frame contains a center beam, side beams, longitudinal beams, and also plates for fitting stops. Longitudinal beams are installed between the end and pivot beams. The outermost longitudinal beam closest to the side beam is made in the form of a closed contour. The longitudinal beam closest to the spine is made in the form of an open contour. The extreme longitudinal beam in the middle part is rigidly connected to the side beam by a horizontal slab, vertical walls and a bottom sheet.
EFFECT: invention increases frame strength.
