SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway transport, in particular, to the cargo car frame pivot assemblies. Pinnate unit comprises a backrest with an above-center pivot amplification and a pivot beam. On the swivel bottom plate of the swivel beam there is a heel and sliders. On the flanges of the spinal beam the reinforcing elements are fixed, connected to the lower sheet of the bolster beam. From each side of backbone relative to longitudinal axis there rigidly fixed are bent straps. Straps are welded with application on side edge of lower sheet of swivel beam, surface of reinforcing element of backbone beam. Other part of the lining is welded to the lower sheet of the ball-bearing beam and to the slider. Distance from the butt end to the heel is not less than the value of the welded joint.

EFFECT: higher strength of the bolster assembly.
