FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering, namely to devices for monitoring and informing about the progress of the technical process of sowing seeds. The seed sowing control system contains interconnected seeding sensors installed in the coulters of the sowing machines of the seeder, a path sensor mounted on the frame or on the console of the support-drive wheel, and level sensors installed in the bunkers of the seeder. A control unit is installed in the tractor cab and connected to the mentioned sensors, which contains a programmable microprocessor, a sensor data acquisition board and a visual control monitor for the progress of the field seeding process. The seeding sensors, the path sensor and the level sensors are interconnected by means of a three-core cable wiring. The seeding sensors are equipped with microcontrollers for transmitting information to the data collection board in digital form. Path and level sensors are represented by digital sensors. The mentioned monitor is represented by a color display, which is made with the possibility of touch input, switching between active windows of different types of screens and displaying seed sowing parameters on the screens in two rows of pictograms. In this case, the first row displays sowing rows from 1 to 12 of the seeder, and the second row displays rows from 13 to 24 of the seeder.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the information content of the seed sowing control system during its operation.
