SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and systems for using the sensor pulse filling factor to determine the flow rate of seeds or particles in a pneumatic seeder. Essence of the claimed system consists in the fact that the processing logic is configured to determine the filling factor of the sensor pulses in order to determine the flow rate of the product or particles through the product pipeline of the agricultural tool and to determine the amount of product or particles flowing through the product line, based on the duty cycle of the pulses of at least one sensor. Essence of the proposed method consists in the fact that the flow rate of seeds or particles is determined when the sensor is switched from the first voltage level to the second voltage level. Essence of the disclosed non-volatile carrier consists in the fact that it contains executable instructions for implementing the disclosed method of estimating flow rate of seeds or particles.
EFFECT: high accuracy of determining flow rate of seeds or particles.
