FIELD: transporting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport reloading apparatuses. The reloading table is comprised of two identical box beams. Four independently operating hydraulic cylinders are installed vertically at the edges of the beams and attached thereto from below through flanges. Rods of the hydraulic cylinders have spheres at the ends thereof, supported by the sockets of the supports. A platform with side rollers is rigidly fixed on the beams. Smooth non-drive rollers are located along the entire length of the platform in four rows between the longitudinal supporting beams, and limit switches and levers of the mechanisms for coupling the platform with a container, driven by hydraulic cylinders, are installed on both sides at the ends thereof. A hydraulic power station driving the hydraulic cylinders is located at the bottom on one of the ends of the platform on a separate frame attached thereto. A double-sided shield placed on four saddle-shaped rollers fixed on vertical axes is installed on top of the platform. The axes are installed on the lateral sides of the shield and are supported by triangular guides located along the edges of the platform along the axis thereof. Ends of the ropes placed in a trough-shaped tray and thrown over the blocks are fixed at the bottom of the shield. The blocks are installed on supports at the ends of the platform and connected with the drum of a reversible winch placed on a frame attached at the bottom to the load-bearing beams in the middle of the platform. The drum of the winch is placed on two supports, and the output ends of the shaft thereof are connected with two identical shafts fixed in the supports via couplings. Sprockets connected by chain gearing with drive stations installed through plates on one common frame together with the reversible winch drum are placed at free ends of the shafts. The drum is divided in half by a flange partition with a segmental cut, in the gap whereof a U-shaped bracket is welded on the milled plane of the generatrix of the drum at an angle to the axis thereof. One end of the bracket extends to one half of the drum, the other one to the second half, and a threaded hole is provided on top in the middle of the bracket, wherein a clamping bolt with a lock nut is installed. A rope is passed through the inner cavity of the bracket. The rope is attached in the middle by the clamping bolt and fixed with the lock nut. One end of the rope is wound on the drum in one direction, the other one in the opposite direction. Both ends are thrown over the blocks installed at the ends of the platform, and fixed from below in the centre of the two-sided shield from the opposite sides thereof using collet tips to the bushing eyelets of two sliders with threaded holes with right and left threads located therein on top, placed on one common rod, and a screw passed through said holes, with right and left threads at the ends thereof and with two mutually perpendicular holes for the collar in the middle installed in the supports. The supports are fixed closer to the centre and on the sides of the two-sided shield.
EFFECT: design of the winch is simplified and the required tension of the rope is provided.
