FIELD: transport devices.
SUBSTANCE: shafts of the transversal conveyor drive shaft are interconnected by a sprocket. Vertical rollers installed on sides of the platform are made of pipes having collars supported by thrust bearings in lower parts along outer diameter. Pusher board arranged on platform top is arranged on separate frame to which traction chains are attached from below through plates. In the front position, the pushed wall of the shield rests on crossbars of the four-chain conveyor, and in the rear one—directly on the shield frame. Pusher shield is connected to frame by means of four fingers—two fingers on both sides of shield frame, which are locked by pendulum retainers. Two rings are welded on lateral sides of the frame to accommodate the pins. Two rollers arranged in channels of extreme guide beams of the platform are installed at the sides of the frame of the pushing shield from below. Angular bracket is rigidly fixed at the bottom of thrust shield wall. Said cross-members are welded on crossbeams ends with their free ends bent upwards.
EFFECT: expansion of operational capabilities, increase of dock lift reliability.
