FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport loaders. Device for loading containers contains frame, in corners of which in holes of transverse box-shaped beams four hydraulic cylinders are installed and attached to it from below through flanges, which rods have on their ends spheres resting in seats of supports with large bearing surface. On top of the frame on carriages there is a platform with possibility of movement by means of four hydraulic cylinders installed in pairs. On top of platform in channels there are traction chains of transverse conveyor and movable frame is fixed on them. Frame rests by rollers on triangular guides on the sides of the platform. Tensioning axles with chain sprockets are secured at one end of the platform, while at the other end there is a transverse beam with levers of mechanisms for coupling the platform with the container. In front of the beam there is a drive shaft of the transverse conveyor consisting of two identical shafts arranged on two supports each and connected to each other by a coupling with sprockets. Sprockets are connected to drive stations at the bottom of the platform. Hydraulic station is located on the frame attached from below to the platform on the side of bypass sprockets of the transverse conveyor and actuates hydraulic cylinders by means of seven hydraulic control valves. Limit switches are located at the ends of the platform. Above the movable frame there is a pusher drive, which includes an electric motor connected to a reduction gear by a V-belt transmission. Reduction gear is connected by chain transmission with drive shaft of pusher arranged on two supports with fixed double sprocket engaged with double-row bush-roller chain. Chain is secured by one end via axle to lugs and by opposite end to bracket coupled with end thrust of pusher beam. Three non-driven support rollers are fixed in the tray from below in the openings, and one support roller is fixed on the end face in the middle of the platform. Under the end of the pusher beam there is a height-adjustable wheel support, and on the opposite end of the beam inside the hopper there is a rigidly fixed thrust shield with support plates arranged in its triangular slots. Hopper is collapsible and consists of a base, an end wall with an opening for a beam with its connections to a pusher shield, side walls. Slides are secured in channels opposite the beams. Hopper from one end is connected to frame, from outside on sides of other end limiters are fixed. Four limit switches are installed on the tray of the pusher beam, two in the middle of the platform on hinged brackets, one on the frame of the support roller at the end in the middle of the platform.
EFFECT: simplified loading of round materials in bulk into 20- and 40-foot containers and expanded operating performances.
