FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing oligo-2,2-bis(azidomethyl)oxiranes of the formula H-[OCH2(CH2N3)2C-]n-O-R-[OCH2(CH2N3)2C-]nOH (II), where n=2, 4÷10, R=CH2CH2OCH2CH2, which consists in the azidation of oligo-2,2-bis(chloromethyl)oxiranes of the formula H-[OCH2(CH2Cl)2C-]n-O-R-[OCH2(CH2Cl)2C-|nOH (I), where n=2, 4÷10, R=CH2CH2OCH2CH2, using tetrabutylammonium chloride as a catalyst for interphase transfer, followed by precipitation of the reaction mixture into water, extraction of the target product with methylene chloride and its further distillation.
EFFECT: method for producing oligo-2,2-bis(azidomethyl)oxiranes of the formula (II) is developed, which can be used as plasticizers, binders to create highly effective compositions with an increased value of energy characteristics.
