FIELD: diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a diagnostic terminal for providing data of a certificate of validity of a user of the specified diagnostic terminal to an operator terminal. The terminal contains: the first data transfer interface; the first display; the first input interface; the first processing unit, wherein the first processing unit is made with the possibility of generating data of a validity assessment response based on a validity test performed by the diagnostic terminal and the user of the diagnostic terminal, generating data of the certificate of validity based on data of the validity assessment response generated by the first processing unit, transmitting data of the certificate of validity and/or the data of the validity assessment response to the operator terminal through the first data transfer interface, wherein data of the certificate of validity is a data structure, representing an authenticated assessment indicating an ability of the diagnostic terminal or the user of this terminal to form a reliable opinion about a radiographic image, wherein data of the certificate of validity contains an authenticated timestamp representing the time at which data of the validity assessment response was generated.

EFFECT: claimed solution allows one to find out whether the diagnostician has equipment for displaying diagnostic information that can provide reliable diagnostics and its authentication.
