METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR REMOTE INSTANT DIAGNOSIS OF VISUAL ANALYSER Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B3/00

Abstract RU 2726604 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: declared invention refers to medicine, particularly to ophthalmology for diagnosis and/or for documentary-instrumental confirmation of working state of visual analyser and monitoring of its reaction-relaxation and adaptive readjustments. Disclosed are method and device, in which coordinate plane of display is orthonormalized into four equal rectangular parts; test image of sinusoidal grid is formed with randomisation of shape, dimensions x × y, sinusoidal grid parameters - T (period), K (contrast), Δλ, (spectral range), α (azimuth), f (pulsation frequency) and order of appearance in any area of the coordinate plane of the display; response is formed either by indicating the corresponding part of the display in which the test image is rendered, or by moving the origin from the centre of the orthonormal display to the centre of the displayed test image of the sinusoidal grid; synchronously with the response, monitoring the psychophysiological parameters of respiration, cardiovascular activity and electrical skin resistance; synthesis of sinusoidal grid test image, response analysis, psychophysiological parameters monitoring, diagnostic results are output and analysed by an expert system.

EFFECT: invention provides remote rapid diagnosis of people in moving systems in conditions of changed gravitational field, as well as people of extreme and especially responsible professions, in which the visual analysers carries a maximum information load in comparison to the other set of peripheral and central sensory and sensorimotor structures of the central nervous system.
