FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology and reconstructive plastic surgery. Oncoplastic reduction of the mammary gland is performed. After dissecting the skin, fatty tissue and mammary gland tissue in accordance with the preliminary marking in the form of a sailboat, as shown in Fig.1, a section of the mammary gland with a tumour located therein is therein removed, wherein an artificial nipple is formed in the upper part of the skin wound from a skin-fat flap. The gland tissue, fatty tissue and skin are then sutured, the wound cavity is drained by a vacuum system, lymph dissection is performed from a separate axillary incision. A technically equivalent reduction mammoplasty, but without lymph dissection, is performed simultaneously on a healthy gland, the nipple and areola are tattooed after 2 months.
EFFECT: method provides a possibility to perform radical resection of the mammary gland with a tumour, achieve a good symmetrical and stable aesthetic result, and form nipple-areolar complexes of the mammary gland with a natural appearance without a periareolary scar.
