UNIVERSAL SYSTEM FOR SUPPORT AND LOADING OF TUNNEL LINING TUBES FOR FIRE RESISTANCE TESTING Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC G01N25/20 G01N25/50

Abstract RU 2757863 C1

FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of fire safety, namely to conducting fire tests of structures used for the construction of underground tunnels, and makes it possible to obtain reproducible and comparable results for determining fire resistance limits with minimal time and materials. A universal, removable loading system of tubes for fire resistance testing is proposed, which provides testing non-standard building structures of various lengths and widths and creating loads in different or several sections. The system consists of vertical and horizontal hydraulic jacks, a load-bearing platform and horizontal supports serving as a sample holder, as well as for loading the structure in the horizontal direction, a vertical support frame, a traverse serving for loading samples, against which a vertical hydraulic jack rests. The structure of the load-bearing platform with horizontal supports is designed removable and dissectible for testing tubes of various lengths and widths. The design of the horizontal supports is made on the one hand fixed, and on the other hand movable, which makes it possible to use one horizontal hydraulic jack and conduct tests according to the loading scheme of the tubing, identical to the operational one, and the vertical support frame is removable to be able to load the sample in different sections.

EFFECT: creation of a universal system for supporting and loading tunnel lining tubes, which will make it possible to conduct fire tests of the structure according to various temperature conditions of fire with minimal time and materials.
