FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for bringing a target medium into contact with a carrier fluid. The device for bringing the target medium into contact with the carrier fluid in a process that requires intensive interphase exchange of pulse, mass and/or energy between the carrier fluid and the target medium contains: a chamber containing an annular wall, a lower wall and an upper wall made in such a way that the mentioned chamber forms a cavity for accommodating the target medium in contact with the carrier fluid during operation of the device, wherein the mentioned chamber essentially has rotational symmetry relatively to the axis (A) of symmetry, and it is designed in such a way that during operation of the mentioned device it remains mechanically stationary; at least one inlet for injecting a fluid under pressure into the specified chamber made with the possibility of injecting the carrier fluid into the mentioned chamber in an essentially tangential direction relatively to the inner surface of the mentioned annular wall; an outlet for the outlet of the carrier fluid from the chamber, and a fluid distributor located in the mentioned chamber, wherein the mentioned fluid distributor is designed in such a way that it is possible for the mentioned injected carrier fluid to pass through the mentioned distributor in an essentially radial direction inward relatively to the mentioned axis of symmetry, wherein the mentioned distributor essentially has rotational symmetry relatively to the mentioned axis of symmetry, and it is made with the possibility of rotation around the mentioned axis of symmetry, wherein such rotation is carried out by transmitting a pulse between the injected carrier fluid and the mentioned distributor during the operation of the device.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency and reliability of processes that require intensive interphase exchange of pulse, mass and/or energy between the fluid carrier phase and the target medium.
