FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: installation for vibration testing of fast-rotating rotors is proposed, including a frame, an electric engine, support units, in which a test shaft with a load disk of radial vibration is installed, vibration measurement sensors, an analog-to-digital converter with information output to a computer, characterized in that a drive rotor with a disk in which windows are made, a bellows coupling mounted on the shaft of the drive rotor interacting with the drive electric engine, and nozzle devices mounted on a stator of the drive rotor and connected to an external compressed air source are additionally introduced into the installation, the external compressed air source is made with the possibility of creating a traveling wave acting on blades of the load disk of the test shaft through nozzle devices and rotating windows of the drive rotor, the test shaft is made with the possibility of rotating and loading it with longitudinal and torsional vibration load, parameters of which are determined by a shift angle of disk windows , where m is the number of windows in the disk; n is the ordinal number of the window, and the number of nozzle devices is equal to the number of windows, a rotational speed of the drive rotor, parameters of a compressed air jet and geometric characteristics of blades of the load disk of the test shaft, signals from sensors of axial, torsional and radial vibration of the rotor are transmitted to the analog-to-digital converter connected to the computer, using which the mutual influence of vibrations of various types is analyzed with the output of analysis results to print.

EFFECT: creation of the possibility of excitation and measurement of radial, longitudinal and torsional vibrations of the rotor in various combinations, as well as determination of the mutual influence of vibrations of various types.
