FIELD: physics; testing.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to testing engineering, and particularly to stands for vibration testing of rotor systems. The stand for vibration diagnostics of rotor systems contains an actuator of mechanical oscillations and an oscillation receiver, on a common base and joined together. The stand also contains a measuring system, consisting of vibration measuring sensors, fixed on rolling bearing supports and a photoelectric sensor, which measures the number of turns of the rotor system, as well as an analogue-to-digital converter, and a pc based computer system, containing signal processing program blocks. The oscillations receiver is in form of a shaft with two discs. One of the vibration measuring sensors of the vibration measuring system is connected through a filter, to a two-channel signal analyser and a measuring tape recorder, connected through the analogue-to-digital converter to the computer control unit. A second vibration measuring sensor is connected to the two-channel signal analyser, vibration meter, phase meter and the tape recorder, as well as to the computer control unit through the analogue-to-digital converter.
EFFECT: improvement of performance of vibration diagnostics of rotor systems during operation.
