FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to endovascular prosthesis; it can be used for the treatment of arterial aneurysm in a patient. The endovascular prosthesis contains the first expandable element and a pullable sheet element. The first expandable element is capable of expanding moving from the first non-expanded state to the second expanded state, in which the first expandable element is pressed to vascular lumen. The pullable sheet element is attached to the first expandable element. The pullable sheet element contains one longitudinal element connected to the first expandable element and a set of ribs attached to the longitudinal element. The set of ribs contains a pair of rib rows connected to opposite sides of one longitudinal element. Pairs of ribs adjacent in the longitudinal direction do not have connecting spacers, each of the set of ribs is essentially located on the plane to form an acute angle relatively to the longitudinal element. The invention can be extracted from a shell after full or partial expansion and again be placed in the shell to change its location to the full expansion.
EFFECT: invention is obtaining endovascular prosthesis.
