SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering, in particular to turbine construction, and can be used in hydraulic tests of condensers operating as part of a technical control unit at a power plant. The essence of the claimed invention during the hydraulic testing of the capacitor (1) consists in the use of temporary spacers (7), in the upper support element (10) of each of which a flexible beam (11) is made with a central protrusion (12) on its upper side, with a height (H) equal to the required tension when installing the temporary spacer (7) in place, and on the opposite side of the flexible beam (11) there are tensoresistors (14) forming signals about the presence of tension, their transmission to the circuit, converting these signals into an electrical signal for releasing the lock of the electric drive (23) of the shut-off valve (22).

EFFECT: reliable control of the unloading of the foundation of the turbine unit during the hydraulic testing of the condenser, which makes it possible not to perform reinforced elements of the upper structure of the foundation, reduce capital costs and construction time.
