SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, medical rehabilitation and can be used to treat patients with delayed consolidation of fractures of the bones of the lower third of the leg. A session of hyperbaric oxygenation is carried out daily in an OKA-MT pressure chamber with a pressure mode of 1.3-1.5 AA for 40 minutes for a course of 10 days. In this case, the general course of treatment for patients is 14 days. In the first four days, patients receive daily only a session of gravity therapy lasting 10-12 minutes with a craniocaudal vector of 1.57-1.7 Gz with a daily gradual increase in the number of revolutions from 30 to 35 per minute and an increasing dosed muscle load of the lower extremities from 10 to 100 watts. From the fifth day of the course, 30 minutes after the end of the gravitational therapy session, a session of hyperbaric oxygenation is performed daily.

EFFECT: method provides for the consolidation of the bones of the lower third of the leg through combined treatment and sequential sessions.
