WAY TO INCREASE THE ADAPTIVE CAPACITY OF A PERSON TO PHYSICAL ACTIVITY Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC A61H1/00 A61H7/00 A61N1/00

Abstract RU 2802852 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in medicine, elite sports, applied military sports and service sports, mass sports to increase adaptive capabilities to high physical exertion. A session of gravitational therapy with a vector of craniocaudal direction, with a daily gradual increase in the number of revolutions and increasing dosed muscle load of the lower extremities is performed. Preliminarily, kinesiotherapy is carried out for at least 1 hour in a course of 15 days, then stabilometry-training for 10 minutes in a course of 15 days. Then neuromyostimulation is carried out for 20 minutes in a course of 15 days. The general course of gravitational therapy is 18 days, the duration of one session of gravitational therapy is at least 15 minutes with a craniocaudal vector of 1.29–1.56 Gz with a daily gradual increase in the number of revolutions from 18 to 29 per minute and an increasing dosed muscle load of the lower extremities from 9 up to 90 W. Bracing of the feet is also used, making individual insoles for uniform distribution of the axial load in the direction from the foot to the head.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in the adaptive capacity of the body to physical activity.
