FIELD: medicine, particularly, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: method includes action of centrifugal forces in direction of head - lower limbs in combination with dosed static or dynamic operation of muscles of lower limbs. Power of dynamic operation is from 10 to 50 W. Exposure to centrifugal forces is performed beginning with the second week after trauma, three times for five days with interval of 2-3 days. Time of seance is increased within the first five days from 5 to 10 min, during subsequent five days, from 10 to 15 min and in the course of the remaining days, from 15 to 20 min. Number of revolutions during exposure to centrifugal forces is from 20 to 33 rpm. Method makes it possible to create optimal conditions for reparative osteogenesis.
