FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive lighting technology. The adaptive head lamp contains a housing, an ellipsoid reflector, a condenser lens, an RGB LED, three stepper motors, respectively, for vertical, horizontal and longitudinal movement of the lens, and a fourth stepper motor. An increase in the accuracy and speed of lens movement, when creating the required light distribution, is provided by the longitudinal movement of its corners by motors placed at the corners of the rectangular headlight and connected to the lens by guides with ball mounts. One of the guides is one-piece and is a support, and the other three are prefabricated and consist of two parts with ball spring-loaded connections to create vertical and horizontal movements of the lens.
EFFECT: improvement of the light distribution of the roadway in the far, near and fog lights is achieved, depending on the position of the steering wheel at all speeds of the car.
