FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: motor-wheel contains an electric motor, a planetary gearbox, a brake mechanism and a wheel disk. The electric motor has mounting holes through which a solar gear is mounted with a needle bearing installed inside, which on one side rests against the step of the solar gear, and on the other is blocked by a thrust ring. The solar gear, receiving torque from the rotor, transmits it to four satellites. A thrust bearing is installed in motor housing, which is blocked by step of gearbox housing and a thrust ring, in addition, a crown wheel is fixed to the gearbox housing. A brake mechanism consisting of a caliper, cylinder and pads is attached to the housing. Suspension levers are also attached to the housing. To mount the wheel disk, there is a hub that is mounted on the needle bearing of the solar gear and on the thrust bearing of the housing, and the needle bearing is fixed on one side by a shaft step, and on the other by a thrust ring. The wheel disc receives torque from the axes of the satellites. A brake disc is attached to the wheel. For tightness of the gearbox, a polyurethane cuff is used, which is installed in the grooves of the crown wheel and rotates together with the axes of the satellites.
EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in device dimensions, as well as an increase in operational characteristics.
