FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: installation contains a tubular waveguide, ultrasonic vibration emitters, a water cooling housing, and an ultrasonic generator. In this case, each emitter of ultrasonic vibrations is made in form of a ring, mounted on a tubular waveguide and connected to ultrasonic generator. The waveguide is installed in water cooling housing filled with water. The method includes preliminary grinding of peat to a particle size of 0.2-2 mm, its hydrolysis with water in a ratio of 1:2, thorough mixing, passing the resulting mixture through tubular waveguide of installation at room temperature 18-25°C, processing the mixture at a pressure of 2-2.5 atm with a capacity of 10-30 m3/h. With the help of ultrasonic vibration emitters and ultrasonic generator, a signal having a sinusoidal or rectangular shape with a frequency of 12900-17624 kHz is set. The method performs filtering of the resulting suspension, the filtrate is re-passed through the tubular waveguide of the installation, the suspension is processed at a pressure of 2-2.5 atm with a capacity of 10-30 m3/h, the resulting solution is filtered.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible to obtain products with an increased yield of humic substances and fulvic acid.
